COVID-19 Information Document and Screening Questionnaire

At Cariboo Monashee Heli-Ski Village Ltd. / Cariboo Helicopter Skiing (88) Ltd. operating as MIKE WIEGELE HELICOPTER SKIING (“MWHS”)the safety of our guests, employees and community has been our first priority for over fifty years. As the coronavirus disease 2019 (“COVID-19”) pandemic continues to evolve globally, MWHS has been closely monitoring the situation and will periodically update our safety measures and protocols based on current recommendations from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and BC Provincial Health Officer.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our workforce, visitors, and community, we are conducting a simple screening questionnaire. Your participation is important to help us take precautionary measures to protect you and everyone else at MWHS and in the community of Blue River. These questions are required by the BC Health Authorities and will be used for tracking purposes in the event of any COVID-19 outbreak.  We thank you for your understanding and support.
