Cariboo Monashee Heli-Ski Village Ltd. and/or Cariboo Helicopter Skiing (88) Ltd. operating as MIKE WIEGELE HELICOPTER SKIING (“MWHS”) will undertake all reasonable measures to keep guests safe and guest rooms, helicopters and vehicles sanitized at all times (please find more information on Our Commitment to Safety and Health on our website), however, MWHS does not assume any liability or responsibility for injury, loss of life or any other damages arising from or associated with communicable disease, including, without limitation, Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) or any other infectious disease that may be contracted directly or indirectly by way of virus, bacteria, parasite or fungi.
On behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge MWHS and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from all claims, costs, causes of action, or demands that may arise out of any act, omission or negligence on the part of MWHS in connection with the hygienic or sanitary conditions in guest rooms, helicopters, vehicles or otherwise at MWHS’ resort or the presence of any communicable diseases which cause personal or bodily injury, loss of life or any other damages, including, without limitation, Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) or any other infectious disease that may be contracted directly or indirectly by way of virus, bacteria, parasite or fungi.
