Although each guest's experience is unique, our ski and board Package weeks follow a planned progression that ensures you get ultimate powder and the finest Resort experience possible.
Saturdays are our change-over day. We say goodbye to the friends we have made in the past week and get ready to welcome our new group of guests who are arriving throughout the afternoon. Your first afternoon in Blue River is spent unpacking, enjoying the Lodge and its facilities and preparing for the next day's powder.

Guests commonly feel slightly fatigued after the third day of powder skiing. When you rise for your challenge of your fourth day, this feeling is usually gone. You will feel your confidence increasing and before you know it, linking 50 to 100 turns...then non stop runs. By Friday you have logged over 100,000 vertical feet of quality power skiing.
At the end of the week we celebrate the week's successes and stories with awards and our wildly popular Friday Night Show. Created from quality video footage and still photography gathered throughout the week, our professional photographers create a highly entertaining compilation of the week's best skiing and boarding. Produced by Certain Images, this DVD is available for purchase as a special memento of your ski week. As pins are handed out, one special member of each group is rewarded with our ritual "Skier of the Week" award. Skiers who have obtained the one million vertical feet during their ski weeks wit us will be celebrated and presented with an honorary Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing Silver Buckle Award.
On Saturdays we help our guests prepare for their homeward travels. Many guests take advantage of one last morning's skiing before leaving the Resort.
