WEDDINGS

We understand that every Wedding is unique; therefore we are very open to tailoring the menus and arrangements in your package to suit your needs.  We can provide the ultimate in gourmet catering, luxurious accommodation and breath-taking scenery that will help make your special day perfect. With regards to ministers, DJ's, photographers and flowers, we can provide local contact information. We have planned events for wedding guests including golf outings, baseball games, yoga sessions, volleyball tournaments, and heli-excursions to name a few. Finish the weekend off with a fantastic Sunday Brunch in the Powder Max Dining Room.

CONVENTIONS

Amid the dramatic backdrop of the Cariboo and Monashee mountains our full conference facilities and administrative and recreational support make our Village Resort an ideal retreat for corporate and personal rejuvenation. Our conference facilities offer meeting places for small and large groups of up to 150 people.

We provide everything you need to make your gathering a success: audiovisual equipment, fax, telephone and modem lines, private office space, complete front desk services, and exquisite catering. Best of all, there is ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoor pursuits that make conferences special - whether you opt for a gourmet picnic at 10,000 feet, biking around the lake, or guided hikes in the back country.

SERVICES AND AMENITIES

• Professional Photography - Candid or formal, our in-house photographer will record your event in professional style. 
• Music - Live bands, soloists, or disc jockeys - we can arrange music for your function.
• Flowers - Enhance any occasion with table arrangements or centerpieces. Place cards are also available.
• Group Amenities - Please inquire about our in-room gifts, exclusive Welcome Baskets and other special VIP arrangements.
• Equipment - We provide Audio Visual Equipment to meet your needs. 

BOOKING INFORMATION

• Menu prices are subject to change and will be confirmed no more than six months prior to arrival.
• Where possible, we ask for menu selection and requirements 45 days prior to arrival.
• Final estimates for attendance should be provided at least 1 week in advance.
• Should the number of guests attending differ from the estimated number, an alternate meeting room may be provided.
• A deposit is required to secure any booking.
• The resort is the sole provider of all food and beverages.
