Take your skiing and riding to the next level with the Vail Mike Wiegele Heli Prep Program. This in-bounds experience will refine your powder skiing technique and introduce you to snow science and backcountry skiing – all while gaining the necessary fitness to maximize your helicopter skiing experience. Open to both intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders, this unique 3-day program will explore the legendary Back Bowls of Vail while preparing you for a thrilling helicopter skiing vacation with Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing.
At the end of the 3-day program, you’ll walk-away with valuable feedback on your skiing performance, a better understanding of your fitness level, knowledge of backcountry skiing safety protocols, information on helicopter safety, ability to adapt to terrain, and a renewed passion for skiing or snowboarding.
