Start by reviewing our Heli and Snowcat Packages to decide which Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing vacation is best for you. Then look at which type of accommodation and trip dates interest you - although we do our best to book your first choice, our most popular weeks fill up early and may not always be available. Once you know the Tour week, type of accommodation and Package you are interested in then contact one of our Reservations Coordinators who will work with you to book and secure your vacation.

Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing Packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your Package is confirmed once we receive your signed Reservation Agreement and the following deposit (per seat):
Once we receive your completed Reservation Agreement and deposit we will reserve your seat until the full payment due date. If you do not send a deposit and signed Reservation Agreement by the agreed date we will release your booking and reserve the right to sell the package to another party. Your final payment is due 10 weeks prior to your first day of skiing and your reservation will automatically be canceled if we do not receive full payment by this date.

If you cancel your Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing vacation more than six months prior to your first day of skiing then your deposit will be refunded minus an administration per package fee of $1,000 (Private or Semi-Private), $500 (Deluxe, Elite or Snowcat & Heli) or $ 250 (Snowcat).
If cancellation notice is received less than six months prior to arrival. your deposit will not be refunded. Any changes to ski week package or length are subject to an administration fee.
Our reservation and cancellation policies are standard in the helicopter skiing industry. Significant financial commitments related to helicopters, employees, fuel, and supplies are made during summer and fall.
